You must provide in your application:

  3. A translation into Spanish of your license (if in a different language).
  4. A copy of the payment receipt of government fees (license fee).
  5. A permit application form completed via RABCA.
  6. A written request signed by the interested person soliciting a reciprocal licence under law 94 of 1993. (LCRA can assist you with this matter).

Unfortunately, LCRA cannot assist you with bank transactions, and you should ask someone for this step.

Since CITEL has not officially recognised Colombia’s IARP reciprocal agreement, an IARP permit is not currently valid to operate in Colombia, and nor does Colombia issue IARP permits.

Should you have any questions, please contact our IARU Liaison Officer at hk6o@lcra.org.co.
